It’s been awhile since I made a blog post. When I make attempts before it’s usually just what I’m thinking that day or what I experienced that day. There wasn’t really any direction or a theme that’s applied.

Today, I wanted to take the first step of attempting to raise 100 million dollars. Why 100 million dollars? I’ve recently thought, how much money do I really need to be financially stable and also provide for my family. I ended up going for that amount after thoroughly thinking about all the financial need for myself and my family.

As I went through this process, I realized that about 60% of the money I’m hoping to raise is to support my family. With how things are going lately, it would definitely be nice to not have to worry about finances to achieve our life goals.

For myself, I consider myself an ambitious person with many dreams and goals. Here are some things I plan to do with my 40% portion of the money:

Absolute Necessities
Retirement (29 to 100 @ $100K/year) – $7,100,000.00
Emergency Fund – $30,000.00
Apartment – $1,000,000.00
Pay off Debt – $64,109.00

Material Wants
House – $1,500,000.00
Electric Car – $50,000.00
Camping Trailers and Vehicle Accessories – $150,000.00
Yacht and Motorhome Combo (Terra Wind) – $2,000,000.00
Wish Lists – $100,000.00
Plane – $800,000.00

Investments
Investment Property – $5,000,000.00
Used 24 Passenger Bus – $50,000.00
Passenger Boat – $500,000.00
Various Ambitions (to be well rounded) – $176,854.42
TD All Inclusive Account Deposit – $5,000.00
Education and Learning – $500,000.00

Travel Statuses
Airlines (million miler at 5 airlines) – $1,449,565.94
Hotels (lifetime status for 3 chains) – $598,000.00

I feel fairly confident that 100 million is all I’ll ask for and I won’t need to bother anyone for money for the rest of my life (and probably the rest of my family’s lives).

You’re probably asking the following:

Will I continue to work? Yes!
Will I get paid for it? Most likely no.
Will I volunteer full time? Most likely yes.
Are you sure $100,000,000 is all you need? Yes, I’m pretty confident.

I live as a middle class hard working individual with 3 jobs and I hope to be able to support my aging parents and my family for the future. I hope to do this while I expand my life to be diverse, full of experiences, and getting me to be well rounded.

If 100 million people each send $1 to me, that would greatly help me and my family a lot. (Only CAD and USD are accepted)
